Patrick Gunville is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services firm, where he helps businesses buy, sell, lease, and develop commercial property throughout the Mid-Island region. Raised on Vancouver Island, he earned a Diploma in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, built his career in downtown Vancouver with Cushman & Wakefield, and returned to Vancouver Island to help establish and grow CBRE's Mid-Island presence from Nanaimo.
